- Guiding buyers and sellers through mergers and acquisitions, including drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and other closing deliverables.
- Providing strategic counsel to businesses on complex corporate and contractual matters, including structuring entities, drafting and optimizing organizational documents, and negotiating favorable terms and conditions to mitigate risk and drive business objectives.
- Representing parties in commercial real estate transactions, including drafting lease agreements for a landlord or tenant or handling real estate purchases or sales.
- Assisting hospitality clients with liquor license applications and compliance.
A proud Wisconsinite and Port Edwards-native, Jake does his best to never miss a Packers game. He hits the volleyball court weekly with his fiancé. And while he enjoys staying active, his favorite pastime has always been reading, especially literary classics or fantasy novels.
