Prior to joining Ruder Ware, Anne gained extensive experience in creditors’ rights working as a law clerk during law school and eventually working her way up to the Wisconsin State Managing Attorney. She’s spent the past few years rounding out her civil litigation practice providing counsel and support on the following types of matters:

• Collections and foreclosures
• Breach of contract
• Pre-trial motions
• Pre-trial practice
• Co-chair jury trials

At Ruder Ware, Anne will handle a wide range of matters for business and nonprofit clients in a variety of industries in the areas of business, employment, and real estate in state and federal courts throughout Wisconsin.

Anne is excited to return to her hometown of Green Bay where she grew up one block away from Lambeau Field. She and her husband are (obviously) Green Bay Packer fans. Her love of live music means she’ll travel far to hear her favorite musicians. When she craves quiet, she can be found with her nose buried in a mystery/suspense novel profiling characters to figure out “whodunit.”
