As a legal assistant, Zach continually challenged himself to learn processes and understand documents because he wanted to excel at supporting the attorneys.  Having hard deadlines and working toward a defined result works well with his personality, therefore he naturally gravitated towards the litigation area of practice.  As a paralegal at Ruder Ware, Zach:

• Assists with preparation of discovery requests and responses, including eDiscovery
• Filing affidavits
• Prepares initial drafts of pleadings
• Electronically files pleadings
• Summarizes deposition transcripts
• Assists with legal research projects
• Prepares trial materials
• Provides paralegal assistance and provides support during trials in state and federal court

Never one to shy from a challenge, he used to dabble in stand-up comedy.  These days Zach enjoys spending time with wife, Ashley, their son, Niles, and daughter Daphne.  They love going on road trips to the Great Lakes and introducing the kids to all things Wisconsin.
