Membership is limited to just one percent of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction. Members are nominated by their peers and selected by the ABF Board.
The ABF Fellows is a global honorary society that recognizes attorneys, judges, law faculty and legal scholars whose public and private careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession and to the welfare of their communities. ABF Fellows hail from nearly 40 countries and hold a wide variety of influential roles.
At Ruder Ware, Fink focuses her practice on trust and estate planning, estate and trust administration, and family business succession planning, with more than a decade of experience guiding individuals, families, and closely held business owners through complex planning decisions. Known for her thoughtful, client-centered approach, she works closely with clients to design customized estate plans that reflect their personal values and long-term goals, including tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies, creditor-protected trusts, and planning for unique family assets such as family businesses and recreational property. In addition to planning, she advises personal representatives and trustees through all phases of estate and trust administration, including asset valuation, distributions, and fiduciary tax matters, with an emphasis on clarity, practicality, and lasting peace of mind for her clients.

The ABF Fellows serve as stewards of the American Bar Foundation, an independent, nonprofit research organization which conducts short- and long-term socio-legal research projects.
