Ebeling was elected to the position from the more than 9,200 attorneys in the Meritas member network and will serve a three-year term with six other lawyers from around the world.

Since joining the firm, Amy Ebeling has played an active role in Meritas, initially serving as Ruder Ware’s Young Lawyer contact and later as Member Contact. She has also participated in numerous Meritas conferences and meetings, deepening her engagement with the network. As a board member, she will participate in strategic planning, member recruitment and development, and the administration of Meritas’ rigorous quality standards, which set the network apart from other legal organizations.
With over 15 years of experience, Amy advises business owners, high-net-worth individuals, and nonprofit organizations on a wide range of business and tax law matters. Her practice emphasizes mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, and the structuring of tax-exempt entities.
