Having practiced for more than a decade, Eric’s primary focus is on advising individuals and families on estate planning and estate administration matters. In addition, Eric works with clients on the purchase and sale of real estate, together with the formation and operation of business entities.
Eric’s early career centered on counseling individuals and businesses facing insolvency, including the representation of debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. This gives him a unique perspective and understanding of such areas as business succession planning, creditor-debtor law, and marital property law.
Eric enjoys getting to know his clients, takes pride in understanding their unique situations, and strives to implement practical solutions.
Originally from Marshfield, Eric enjoys spending time with his family, including hiking, biking, and skiing. He also enjoys walking the dog, trying local restaurants, and reading.
