Bryce brings a distinctive perspective to Ruder Ware’s Business Transactions Team, shaped by his background in biology and certification as an Associate Ecologist.

He began his career in environmental consulting, working alongside landowners, scientists, and government agencies to preserve thousands of acres across Colorado. Motivated by a desire to make a broader impact and to be closer to his family, Bryce returned to Wisconsin to pursue a career in law and earned his law degree at Marquette University Law School.

At Ruder Ware, Bryce advises clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including:

  • General corporate governance and contractual issues
  • Commercial real estate and leasing transactions
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Regulatory and legal environmental matters

Bryce’s scientific training brings a unique perspective to regulatory and environmental matters, allowing him to translate complex technical information into practical legal strategies for clients.

Excited to be back in Wisconsin, Bryce cherishes time with his family. He also enjoys the solitude of fly-fishing, hiking, and camping with his wife Annika, and their two dogs. On the more adventurous side, he enjoys rock climbing, backpacking, and backcountry skiing.
