Felicia has been with Ruder Ware for more than a decade, leading financial operations and building a collaborative accounting team.

As Chief Operating Officer, she manages all administrative functions to ensure efficient processes that allow attorneys to focus on client service.

She is a licensed CPA and member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA). Before joining Ruder Ware, Felicia worked in public accounting, auditing manufacturing and distribution companies, and later handled internal accounting for a regional health system. At Ruder Ware, she has driven process improvements, implemented cross-training, and strengthened accountability across her team. Her leadership emphasizes practical solutions and knowledge sharing to support continuous improvement firm-wide.

Outside the office, Felicia serves on her church’s finance committee and volunteers for youth program fundraisers.  She and her husband are raising three children and enjoy camping at their permanent site along the Wisconsin River. When she finds time for herself, Felicia loves getting lost in a good book.
