Michele works with clients on probate and trust administration matters, including:

• Working closely with personal representatives and trustees to successfully navigate the probate and trust administration process from beginning to end.
• Working with personal representatives to navigate the probate court system.
• Assisting trustees and personal representatives with valuing and inventorying assets after the death of a loved one.
• Assisting estate planning clients with retitling their assets to conform to their estate plan.
• Assisting attorneys and clients with developing strategies to report assets to regulatory bodies and beneficiaries by working with various institutions to gather and compile the necessary information.
• Assisting in the preparation of real estate transfer documents and federal tax returns.

A native-Wisconsinite, Michele recently reunited with her home state after a 38-year hiatus in Florida. A lover of the outdoors and a frequent visitor to the family lake house up north, Michele turns to a good mystery/suspense novel or some puzzle time when the weather drives her indoors.
