As a seasoned litigator, acquiring knowledge is thrilling for Fletcher; he takes great satisfaction in knowing he can impart what he’s learned to benefit clients.
Fletcher is effective at negotiating favorable outcomes by mastering the facts, identifying each party’s strengths and weaknesses, drafting persuasive briefs, and effectively advocating the law and the facts.
Prior to joining Ruder Ware, he worked in-house at a national insurance provider, where he litigated general liability, auto, subrogation, construction, product liability, fire, and commercial trucking lawsuits, throughout Wisconsin. In addition, he has practiced at well-respected litigation firms in Chicago and Milwaukee, representing individual and corporate clients in federal and state civil suits.
At Ruder Ware, Fletcher will continue to concentrate on litigation, representing a diverse array of clients in complex legal matters in both state and federal courts across Wisconsin and other states.
A 15-year veteran of the Devil’s Challenge Triathlon, Fletcher stays active outside of work by road biking, swimming, and running. He is an aspirational woodworker who loves to (dream of) building various furniture pieces for his wife, daughter, and son.
