EEOC Announces New Poster

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has published a notice revising its “Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law” poster.  The poster includes reference to the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA), which becomes effective on November 21, 2009.
