Recent achievements include:

  • Recovered $350,000 for a manufacturing client in a federal court lawsuit against a software vendor whose software failed to work as promised
  • Won a five-day federal jury trial for a manufacturing client against an equipment vendor whose equipment failed to work as promised
  • Successfully negotiated a loan workout on a real estate development project, allowing our clients to avoid payment of default interest and attorney fees
  • Recovered over $400,000 for a manufacturing client in a mediated settlement with an equipment vendor whose equipment failed to work as promised 
  • Won a judgment, including payment of attorney fees, for a bank client against a borrower who sought to avoid loan repayment by making a document forgery claim
  • Successfully settled a shareholder dispute, allowing our client to maintain control of a corporation
  • Won a judgment for dismissal for a bank client against a customer claiming breach of  contract
  • Successfully negotiated an agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation requiring the state to make a substantial capital improvement contribution to our client’s facility in conjunction with a bridge expansion project
