Samantha J. Wincentsen

Professional Experience

Sam finds trust and estate planning and administration to be the most personal type of law. In her experience she finds paralegals are often the client’s primary communicator, she therefore takes great care to be empathetic, thorough, and consistent. Mentored by the firm’s most seasoned estate planning paralegal, Sam specializes in trust and estate administration. She assists beneficiaries, trustees and personal representatives with:

  • Valuing and inventorying assets
  • Obtaining court authorizations when necessary
  • Responding to client beneficiary inquiries and processing asset transfers.

In addition, Samantha assists in the preparation of real estate transfer documents and estate tax returns.

An accomplished horsewoman, Sam most recently competed at the Palomino World Championship Show where her horse won as World Champions in the Amateur Hunt Seat Equitation and as World Champion in the Amateur Hunter Under Saddle. When not riding, Sam enjoys remodeling her “new” home and relaxing up north.

Education

  • B.S., Sociology/Philosophy/Pre-Law, University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point (2015)
