Professional Experience
A Green Bay native, Attorney Dave Fenlon advises the firm’s clients in a variety of estate and business planning matters, including the preparation of wills and trusts, financial and health care powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents; estate settlement and trust administration matters; purchases and sale of businesses and real estate properties; and business and real estate contracts.
Recent matters undertaken by Dave include:
- Advising individuals and families concerning trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advance directives, marital property agreements, and other estate planning issues
- Representing purchasers and sellers in the acquisitions and sales of businesses and real estate properties.
- Organizing corporations and limited liability companies, and preparing the necessary related corporate and company documents, shareholders agreements, and operating agreements.
- Representing lessors and lessees in a variety of real estate leasing transactions.
- Representing and advising trustees and personal representatives concerning the settlement of estates and administration of trusts.
In addition to being a licensed attorney, Dave is also a Certified Financial Planner®. Prior to becoming an attorney, Dave served as a gas turbine technician aboard a destroyer in the United States Navy. He currently resides near Green Bay with his wife and their two children.
