Professional Experience

Mark Bradley practices in the areas of estate planning and post-death administration of estates and trusts. He also serves as trustee of numerous client trusts through the firm's fiduciary services department. Among his engagements are the following:

  • Providing trustee services to multi-generation family and advising on family's ownership retention of manufacturing company.
  • Structuring series of grantor-retained annuity trusts for owners of bank holding company stock to shift appreciation to younger family members.
  • Successful representation of a client in an IRS audit of her gift tax return.
  • Successful representation of a deceased physician's estate concerning IRS challenges to prior gifts, income tax returns, and residency.
  • Providing trustee services and coordinating multi-state real estate holdings for client's surviving spouse and children.
