Professional Experience
Ashley’s practice philosophy is to do everything she can for her clients. She recognizes that planning for a client’s legacy can be an extremely sensitive life event and approaches the task with empathy. At Ruder Ware, Ashley works closely with individuals and families to design plans customized to their life situation, their goals, and their values. This sometimes includes drafting wills, trusts and other planning documents as well as formation of entities for estate planning and business purposes, asset protection, gifting and transfers of assets.
Originally from Marathon, Wisconsin, Ashley was inspired to become an attorney, after her personal hero, her dad, was involved in a life changing car accident. Watching the process of justice unfold, Ashley was inspired to make a difference in people’s lives by becoming an attorney. Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. As a family they like to camp, boat, and swim. Family memories are precious motivating Ashley to scrapbook in her spare time.
