Ruder Ware regularly participates in annual on-campus recruiting in the fall at seven campuses:  Northwestern Law, Marquette University Law School, University of Wisconsin Law School, University of Minnesota Law School, University of St. Thomas School of Law, Hamline University Law School, and William Mitchell College of Law.

Traditionally, the firm focuses on recruiting newly graduated students. We do supplement our attorney team with lateral attorneys depending on department needs. We offer a generous fringe benefit package including:
