Ruder Ware, one of the leading business law firms in the state, seeks a well-organized, professional individual for a full-time Office Services Assistant. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to work with or without supervision. Typical duties include assisting with filing and library duties, supply maintenance, and other general office support tasks. The ideal individual will possess outstanding written and oral communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to juggle a variety of tasks while maintaining accuracy. A proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite programs is essential.
