Lawyers at Ruder Ware are conscious of these daily changes and will use this blogspot to keep you updated about developments in the area of employment law and benefits law.

For example, a recent federal district court held that statements by a supervisor that a particular employee was mentally unstable could be used to determine that the company perceived a particular employee to be disabled and thereby protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
