Professional Experience:
Bill Tehan practices primarily in the area of business and commercial law, focusing on corporate mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate finance transactions, construction contracts, and transactions involving software licensing and the internet.  Bill has worked closely with privately and publicly held corporations in the transportation, health care, paper, forest and building products, food products, manufacturing, private investment, and service areas. His extensive transactional experience includes:

• Representing purchasers and sellers in stock and asset acquisitions.
• Counseling business entities at all stages in their development (including formation, growth, and exit strategies).
• Providing advice regarding the selection of corporate, partnership, or limited liability company business forms.
• Preparing agreements for buyers and sellers regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services.
• Representing owners in negotiations with contractors regarding construction projects.
• Representing borrowers and lenders in negotiating financings, including secured and unsecured debt.
• Assisting in negotiations regarding software licensing transactions and utilizing the internet for business purposes.
