Chris Seelen concentrates his practice on representing creditors in state court and bankruptcy court. Chris also practices in the areas of business and real estate. His experience includes:

• Chris is a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee for the Western District of Wisconsin.
• Representing banks, credit unions, lenders, and other creditors in state court collection actions involving foreclosures, replevins, and money judgments.
• Representing secured creditors in bankruptcy court cases under Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.
• Representing Chapter 7 Trustees in avoidance actions including fraudulent conveyances and preferential transfers.
• Defending creditors in preference actions in bankruptcy court.
• Advising businesses in general matters including asset acquisitions, contracts, and collections.
• Representing buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate.
