Shawn C.E. Rauckman’s practice is focused on advising employers in all aspects of employment and labor law. Shawn routinely counsels clients on issues including employee discipline and discharge, discrimination, drafting of handbooks, contract negotiations, arbitration and all other aspects of state and federal labor and employment laws. Utilizing his strong background in complex business and commercial litigation, Shawn represents clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts.
