Professional Experience:
Tyler Richardson is a paralegal in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Employment, Benefits & Labor Relations Practice Groups. He provides paralegal support in business and employment litigation preparing drafts of pleadings, summarizing deposition transcripts, and performing legal research. He also prepares trial exhibits and provides paralegal assistance during trials in state and federal court, assists municipalities in ordinance enforcement matters, and drafts briefs for both interest and grievance arbitrations. In addition, Tyler works alongside the attorneys in contract negotiations, preparation of wage and benefit costings and comparable data for school districts and municipalities. Tyler is a graduate of the Chippewa Valley Technical College with an ABA-approved Associate degree in Paralegal. While completing his paralegal studies, Tyler worked with the Dunn County Circuit Court Judge’s Office where he assisted with preparing jury instructions and special verdict questions, performed legal research and prepared legal memorandums. |
