Professional Experience:

Nikki McDonald is a paralegal in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Employment, Benefits & Labor Relations Practice Groups. She provides paralegal support in business and employment litigation preparing discovery responses, drafts of pleadings, summarizing deposition transcripts, and performing legal research. She also prepares trial exhibits and provides paralegal assistance during trials in state and federal court, and drafts briefs for both interest and grievance arbitrations. In addition, Nikki works alongside the attorneys in contract negotiations, preparation of wage and benefit costings and comparable data for school districts and municipalities.

With her business litigation background, Nicole has gained extensive state and federal court experience. She has worked on cases not only in the 7th Circuit but Illinois state court, in addition to Federal District Courts throughout California, Florida, Illinois, Colorado, New York, Michigan, Washington, and Texas. Nikki graduated with honors from Elgin Community College with an Associate of Applied Science – Paralegal.
