John Leary works with clients in the areas of finance and creditors' rights, business counseling, transactions, and commercial law. His practice includes:

  • Representation of lenders in complex loan reviews, workouts, collections and bankruptcies.
  • Representation of lenders, borrowers, and participants in negotiating financing including secured, unsecured, senior and subordinated debt.
  • Counseling business entities at all stages in their development (including formation, growth, and exit strategies).
  • Representing purchasers and sellers in stock and asset acquisitions.
  • Drafting purchase and sale agreements for purchasers of goods and services.
