It is with great sadness that we announce the July 30, 2011 passing of our colleague, Jeff Jones.


Professional Experience:

Jeff has substantial experience representing private and public sector employers in all aspects of the employment relationship. Jeff regularly counsels employers on such matters as state and federal discrimination and harassment claims; unemployment and workers' compensation claims; Family and Medical Leave Act issues; breach of contract, wrongful discharge; covenants not to compete claims; union contract violations, prohibited practice/unfair labor practice complaints; union elections/decertifications; state and federal wage and hour, OSHA; mass layoff/plant closing matters; and all aspects of municipal and school law matters.  Jeff is a frequent speaker on these topics.
