Professional Experience:
Jim Harrington has substantial trial and alternate dispute resolution experience representing business clients in contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, non-compete litigation, trade secret litigation, product defect claims and construction defect litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country. Jim also acts as general counsel and national litigation counsel for a product manufacturer and appreciates the need of businesses for aggressive, but cost effective, representation. His experience includes:

  • Represented numerous businesses in trade secret and non-compete litigation in state and federal courts in Wisconsin and other states.
  • Represented businesses and governmental entities in construction defect litigation involving multi-million dollar defect claims in federal and state jurisdictions around the country.
  • Represented numerous businesses in product liability cases throughout the country.
  • Represented numerous individuals, businesses and governmental entities in insurance coverage disputes and bad faith litigation.
