Professional Experience:

• Recently represented franchisee of national restaurant chain in the acquisition of six additional restaurants which included the purchase of the restaurants, sale and leaseback of some of the real estate and numerous financing issues with a major national financing company.
• Negotiated and drafted triple net leases for national "big box" tenants in new commercial development.
• Represented seller in negotiations and drafting of documents relating to the sale of a major regional construction firm to a competitor.
• Represented buyer of 95 acres of prime commercial real estate through a bankruptcy court authorized auction sale.
