Professional Experience:

Josh advises clients on a wide variety of business transactional matters, including the organization of business entities, banking and securities matters, sale and acquisition transactions, and related issues.  He works with banks and financial institutions on an array of matters including general transactions, securities, litigation, and loan work-outs.  Josh also works with clients in the moving and storage industry, and he serves as the firm's member contact for the Wisconsin Warehouse Association.

In addition to his business transactional experience, Josh assists clients involved in commercial litigation.  As a litigator, Josh has helped clients to negotiate settlements, develop litigation strategies, and resolve disputes.  He uses his combined background as a litigator and business advisor to proactively limit liability risks.

Among other matters, Josh has recently:

• Helped businesses prepare proxy statements and other necessary SEC disclosures;
• Worked on a variety of complex litigation; and
• Assisted clients with the sale and purchase of equipment and other assets.
