The PAL system has recently been upgraded and contains new, easy-to-use features.  You can still find a snapshot of your current assets and their value, three months of transaction history, and your asset allocation.

With the upgrade, you will now have to enter your user name and password in all caps.  For example if your previous user name was janesmith, your new user name is JANESMITH.  You will then be prompted to answer several security questions and will then have access to your account.
